I skipped my Latin class today so that I could do a better job finishing my project, and I DID write a little note explaining why some days were missing. It seems like so long ago now that I was engaged and I had a RING and yeah. So I was walking today with Matt and I was eating those handisnack things and not paying attention to where I was walking and suddenly I practically fell (I don't know how that works when I was just walking, don't ask) into this HUGE puddle in the middle of the sidewalk, and it surprised me so much that I screamed (really loud - it echoed off of the library and people immediately looked up!) and then I laughed like an idiot for ten minutes after that, and I let one laugh slip just now in this computer lab, because it still seems funny to me.
Yesterday my mom said she had seen a cute car I would like for sale, so we drove down to where it was, and it was cute, but it was an automatic (which I don't want), it was a beamer (expensive even though it was really old, and expensive to fix). There were some other cars there I really liked though. The only thing is, the loan for which I applied is not big enough for some of them, and I need to force myself to keep that limit. It's hard to make yourself realize that you really are paying that much, it's not just coming from the bank. You should have heard the guy on the phone (the loan guy). He was flirting with me big time. It was funny. He also kept saying, "Sorry, I'm really out of it today. Haha." Anyway, the cars I'm looking at are: mid-90s jetta (happy blue, not navy, or black) that costs too much, a KIA with really low miles and is $3450 and it looks new and it is perfect except it's white (yech, I don't know . . . ), and a rabbit convertible! Okay, there wasn't really one there, but I want to find one.
